What we want you to do:
- Ensure the training of new hosts in all tasks involving administrative tasks.
- Assure perfect hosts' image and behaviour.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Supervise the front desk team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Assist Guest Experience Manager & Night Manager on creating/updating shift check list (Night).
- Assist Guest Experience Manager & Night Manager on conducting performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans for front office staff.
- Oversee the department in the absence of the Night Manager.
- To have a full understanding of all systems and programmes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
