What we want you to do:

  • Ensure the training of new hosts in all tasks involving administrative tasks.
  • Assure perfect hosts' image and behaviour.
  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the front desk team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Assist Guest Experience Manager & Night Manager on creating/updating shift check list (Night).
  • Assist Guest Experience Manager & Night Manager on conducting performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans for front office staff.
  • Oversee the department in the absence of the Night Manager.
  • To have a full understanding of all systems and programmes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
