We are looking for professional, friendly, and service-driven Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest enquiries, providing accurate information about the hotel, local area, and services.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain guest records using the hotel's booking system.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns efficiently, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner, assisting with bookings and general inquiries.
- Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the hotel's brand and service standards.
- Handle administrative tasks as required by the Front Office Manager.
- Previous experience in hotel reception, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel reservation systems (training provided if needed).
- A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
