The Role

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading the day-to-day operation of all front of house functions.

You will inspire your team, drive service excellence and ensure smooth, efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Front Office, Reservations, Night and Concierge teams.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the entire guest journey.
  • Act as the main escalation point for guest feedback and service recovery.
  • Ensure efficient check in, check out and reservations processes.
  • Drive upselling opportunities and support hotel revenue objectives.
  • Manage departmental rotas, labour costs and team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage and Revenue teams.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety, GDPR and company standards.

About You

  • Previous management experience within Front Office, Guest Experience or Rooms Division.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, reservations and guest service.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Commercially aware with experience of driving guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems (Apaleo experience desirable).
