We are recruiting for a UK utilities company. You will be selling to UK households a product stack of repeat home-based products & services. We operate within a regulated UK environment, with clear processes, structured systems and ongoing support for individuals joining the team.

This is a flexible, remote customer-facing role supporting households across the UK. The position involves speaking with UK residential customers and helping them explore & understand options to reduce their monthly costs. This is consultative & relationship selling that builds long-term customer retention & future new business referrals.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with households in a professional and consultative manner
  • Reviewing existing energy, broadband and mobile arrangements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve value and reduce costs
  • Supporting customers through a straightforward switching process
  • Maintaining a high standard of service and customer care

You will operate within a structured framework, following clear guidelines and supported processes.
