Description MIGSO-PCUBED is a leading consultancy in Project, Programme, Portfolio and Change Management (P3M).

We partner with organisations across aerospace, defence, energy, and infrastructure to deliver complex change, managing schedules, risks and resources to achieve successful outcomes.

As a Project Planner , you will be at the heart of major transformation and engineering programmes, ensuring plans are realistic, achievable and aligned with delivery goals.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to develop and maintain integrated project schedules.

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and analyse detailed project schedules using industry‑standard tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Support the development of work breakdown structures, dependencies and resource‑loaded plans.

Track progress, identify risks and deviations, and provide insight‑driven reporting to project managers and stakeholders.

Contribute to governance processes and ensure consistency with PMO standards.

Work within multidisciplinary teams delivering across engineering, digital and business transformation projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You'll ideally bring: Experience working as a Project Planner or within a PMO/project controls environment.

Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.

Desirable Exposure to large‑scale or complex engineering, infrastructure or digital projects.

Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management or performance reporting.
