MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a highly motivated, communicative, and analytical Project Manager with a focus on supply chain operations to join our Boston team. This role is based in office and will require on-site presence at client locations across the Greater Boston Area.

We provide structure and strategic clarity for the most complex projects—and now we’re looking for a Supply Chain-savvy Project Manager to join our Boston hub.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will lead and support supply chain-focused initiatives for our clients, driving operational performance, cost savings, and increased efficiency. You’ll serve as a critical connector between procurement, logistics, inventory planning, and business operations, ensuring that project goals align with overall supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery focused on supply chain improvements, from planning and vendor coordination to execution and completion.
  • Manage initiatives related to procurement, logistics optimization, production planning, and materials flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, operations, finance, and external suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive best practices.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.
  • Use data to inform decisions, improve visibility, and report progress to both client stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Apply structured PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) tailored to supply chain-specific needs.

As a consultant, you’ll adapt quickly, deliver tangible value, and represent MP\’s expertise and professionalism on client sites. With our strong support network and materials, you’ll be well-positioned to thrive from day one.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • You have 3–7 years of Project Management experience , ideally in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • You’re experienced in working with cross-functional supply chain teams and vendors.
  • You have strong knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • You’re well-versed in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • PMP or other supply chain certifications (CSCP, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
  • You have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • You’re local to the Greater Boston Area and open to on-site work.
