  • Support the delivery of projects and programmes within Life Sciences client environments (e.g., R&D portfolio initiatives, CMC/tech transfer, manufacturing readiness, quality systems, or digital transformation).
  • Contribute or lead delivery fundamentals: scope, schedule, cost, benefits, RAID, dependencies, assumptions, and change control; assist in establishing clear baselines and ensuring disciplined delivery.
  • Participate in governance: support project steering committees, programme forums, workstream routines, and decision logs; help produce concise, executive‑ready updates and recommendations.
  • Assist in building integrated plans and critical path views; support the management of constraints, resourcing, and cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, define outcomes, and drive decisions; develop strong facilitation skills to manage conflict and ambiguity.
  • Use enterprise PPM tooling (e.g., Planisware) to manage portfolio/project data integrity, reporting, and dashboards; contribute to reducing manual reporting and improving insight quality.

  • Contribute to client relationship management and business development: identify opportunities, support proposal development, and help grow our footprint within key accounts.
  • Develop coaching and mentoring skills for more junior consultants; model MP behaviours and promote a culture of Teamwork, Responsiveness, Integrity, Passion, Practitioners, Learning and Empowerment our MP values.

About you:

  • PMP certification (or equivalent) and familiarity with recognised delivery frameworks (e.g., APM, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Experience delivering projects in Life Sciences (biopharma, medtech, Consumer Healthcare, CRO/CDMO, or regulated manufacturing environments).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, IT, and/or Finance.
  • Understanding of regulated environments (e.g., GxP principles) and strong documentation discipline.
  • Ability to drive outcomes on challenging initiatives, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Planning and controls capability: integrated schedules, dependency management, RAID, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Planisware experience is highly beneficial (PPM data, governance workflows, reporting/dashboards); familiarity with other PPM/tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence) is advantageous.
  • Consulting mindset: service‑oriented, solution‑focused, and pragmatic; able to influence without authority and build credibility.
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach, aligned with the MP values.
