Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management - Timeline Oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
- Performance Reporting - Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Risk Management - Identify Risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
- Financial Management and Cost Control - Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Monitoring
- Tools and Systems Management - System Utilisation: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
The successful candidate will have a combination of the below attributes – this is not a checklist:
- Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management
- Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project)
- A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel as required
