Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met and develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resourceârelated risks.
- Financial Management and Cost Control: Budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
- Tools and Systems Management: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
- Experience in project scheduling, planning, cost control and risk management.
- Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
- A relevant qualification such as APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastâpaced, highâpressure environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
