We are looking for ambitious consultants who want to work at the intersection of business, technology and transformation to help organisations navigate change, unlock technology, and deliver meaningful outcomes. We are seeking delivery consultant professionals, ideally with 3–7 years’ experience in business consulting, and/or business-enabled technology delivery, to join our growing Financial Services and Technology practice. You will work with leading financial institutions and technology organisations, contributing to high-profile transformation initiatives while developing your consulting, project management, and change management capabilities within a growing consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives from planning through to implementation as part of a team.
  • Management of delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Work within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments, ensuring effective coordination of project activities and deliverables.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, and their delivery partners.
  • Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience

  • 3–7 years’ experience in project management, technology delivery, PMO, business change, consulting, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Practical knowledge of digital, AI and Generative AI technologies, with an interest in how these can be leveraged to improve project delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, AgilePM, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments.
  • Experience of software delivery, digital transformation, cloud, data, or technology change initiatives.
  • Practical experience of applying agile project management tools e.g. Jira.
