Key Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and governance.
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
  • Providing clear and effective reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting clients in improving their project management processes and capabilities.
  • Helping organisations deliver complex transformation and change.
  • Adapting quickly to different client environments, industries and project challenges.

No two assignments are necessarily the same. You’ll gain exposure to different organisations, cultures, project environments and sectors — helping you develop into a well-rounded Project Manager and consultant.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for Project Managers who enjoy solving problems, working with people and getting things done. You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing projects or significant project workstreams.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively in changing and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach.
  • A genuine interest in developing your career within management consulting.
  • Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential.
