We work with some of the world’s leading engineering, manufacturing, aerospace and technology organisations, helping them deliver complex projects and transform the way they operate. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and work alongside major clients within the Engineering & Aerospace sector.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the delivery of complex engineering and aerospace projects, working closely with client teams, stakeholders and technical specialists. You will bring structure, transparency and control to projects, ensuring that objectives are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of challenging programmes while developing your project management and consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering and aerospace projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement and other business functions.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops and progress reviews.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement and the implementation of project management best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted project management partner.
  • Contribute to the wider MIGSO-PCUBED consulting community through knowledge sharing and best-practice development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience working as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Programme Manager or PMO professional.
  • Experience within aerospace, engineering, defence, automotive, manufacturing or another complex technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The confidence to work with both technical teams and senior leadership.
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
