As a Project Planner, you will be at the heart of major transformation and engineering programmes, ensuring plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned with delivery goals. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels to develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyse detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Support the development of work breakdown structures, dependencies, and resource-loaded plans.
- Track progress, identify risks and deviations, and provide insight-driven reporting to project managers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to governance processes and ensure consistency with PMO standards.
- Work within multi-disciplinary teams delivering across engineering, digital, and business transformation projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience working as a Project Planner or within a PMO / project controls environment.
- Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.
Desirable:
- Exposure to large-scale or complex engineering, infrastructure, or digital projects.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management, or performance reporting.
