We are seeking experienced technology delivery professionals to lead complex technology delivery initiatives for our Financial Services and Technology domain-based clients. This role combines hands-on programme and project delivery leadership with a consultative approach, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic change, modernisation and digital transformation programmes. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders across leading financial institutions and technology organisations, delivering high-profile transformation initiatives while helping to shape our growing consulting practice through thought leadership, proposition development and contribution to business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, delivery plans, reporting and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology and third-party suppliers.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring effective management of business readiness, stakeholder adoption and change impacts.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Identify opportunities to support client growth and contribute to proposal development and practice growth.
A proactive and adaptable delivery professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering measurable business outcomes. Successful candidates will have a strong track record of delivering complex technology initiatives and be comfortable operating across both client-facing consulting engagements and large-scale delivery programmes.
You will have:
- Proven experience managing initiatives ranging from strategic technology implementations through to enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Leading Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery teams, with practical exposure to roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Programme / Product Manager.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Relevant delivery certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, MSP SAFe, PMP, Scrum.
- Experience of working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments.
- Domain understanding of financial services, particularly capital markets, corporate banking and insurance.
