Description
We are looking for a Project Controller to help our clients deliver major Aerospace and Energy projects. As a Project Controller based in Bristol, you'll plan, report, govern, and manage project performance, providing training, mentoring, and support to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Track project performance against scope, schedule and cost.
- Produce project reports, dashboards and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Support project governance, reviews and reporting cycles.
- Manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
- Coordinate project meetings and maintain key project documentation.
- Analyse project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Project Managers and client teams to help deliver successful projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in Project Controls, Project Coordination, PMO, Planning, Engineering or a similar project support role.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI or other project controls tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering successful project outcomes.
