Description

We are looking for a Project Controller to help our clients deliver major Aerospace and Energy projects. As a Project Controller based in Bristol, you'll plan, report, govern, and manage project performance, providing training, mentoring, and support to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Track project performance against scope, schedule and cost.
  • Produce project reports, dashboards and performance metrics for stakeholders.
  • Support project governance, reviews and reporting cycles.
  • Manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
  • Coordinate project meetings and maintain key project documentation.
  • Analyse project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and client teams to help deliver successful projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in Project Controls, Project Coordination, PMO, Planning, Engineering or a similar project support role.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI or other project controls tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering successful project outcomes.
