Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management - Timeline Oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
- Performance Reporting - Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Risk Management – Identify Risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource‑related risks.
- Financial Management and Cost Control – Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Monitoring.
