Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management - Timeline Oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
  • Performance Reporting - Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management – Identify Risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource‑related risks.
  • Financial Management and Cost Control – Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Monitoring.
  • Tools and Systems Management - System Utilisation: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).

  • Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management.
