Our client is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager where you will be responsible for ensuring every solution is delivered on time, within budget and to exacting technical and commercial standards. Acting as the single point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you will balance schedule, scope, quality and risk.

Duties:

  • Work with Sales Engineering to define scope, deliverables, success criteria and baseline budgets
  • Coordinate design, procurement, build, configuration and on-site installation teams
  • Manage 3rd-party suppliers, logistics and international freight when required
  • Identify, log and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers and contingency plans
  • Oversee FAT, SAT, UAT and snag rectification; ensure all solutions meet CTS/IEC/BS EN standards
  • Compile O&M manuals, as-built drawings and training plans

Experience:

  • Experience of managing AV / ICT / construction projects - £50k-£2 mil
  • Proven track-record delivering multiple concurrent projects internationally
  • Understanding of AV signal flow, IP networking and room-control fundamentals
  • Prince2 Practitioner, PMP or APM PMQ certified
  • CTS-I/D, Crestron DM-NAX, Q-SYS or Dante certification
  • Familiar with CDM 2015 and JCT/NEC contract forms
  • Experience working in live events or broadcast studios
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Procore or similar PMIS
