We are looking for a part‑time Project Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow two days per week. The post holder will be responsible for day‑to‑day delivery of our Creative Social Action Project, reaching out to and engaging refugees and individuals seeking safety in our activities.
This is a leading role for our exciting new project, facilitating and enabling communities to lead their own social change by contributing their skills, cultural knowledge and stories that matter to Scotland’s public life.
Responsibilities
- Set up the infrastructure of the project
- Outreach and participant recruitment
- Facilitate meetings and conversations about issues affecting participants
- Organise training with specialist trainers and support participants to develop a social action project and creative outputs
- Collaborate with cultural institution partners
- Develop exhibitions
- Evaluation
The Project Coordinator will join our team two days per week starting September/October2026 and will be based in our Glasgow office.
