Migrant Help have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business Support Team Administrator to join our team! Location: Homebased Contract: 9 month fixed term (with potential to be extended or made permanent) ?Salary: £25,710 - Increasing to £28,670 following successful completion of a 6 months probation period About us: Migrant Help is a leading charity that was established in 1963 and delivers a range of support and advice services to people affected by displacement and exploitation across the UK. The Business Support Team Administrator role: Part of the Business Support team, the Administrator is a rewarding role at Migrant Help which forms part of the Advice, Issue Reporting and Eligibility (AIRE) contract. You will provide professional administration support on a day-to-day basis to various departments within the AIRE service such as record keeping, data entry, and inbox management. You will contribute to the overall success of the Organisation in accordance with Migrant Help’s aims and objectives. Key responsibilities of our Business Support Team Administrator: Processing and maintaining an efficient up to date recording and monitoring system and assist with data entry Keep full accurate and up-to-date records and complete case follow-ups within the requisite time scales and undertake any necessary administrative tasks in relation to the work. Liaise with the other AIRE departments and teams regarding completed and returned documentation Handle inbound emails from strategic partners and third parties, effectively, addressing and processing the query i.e. submitting a Change of Circumstance application, uploading supporting documents etc. and responding setting out the action taken. Quality assure and submit applications / correspondence through ELLIS Adhere to GDPR and Safeguarding Policy, handling safeguarding cases notified via inboxes in accordance with agreed process Ensure that data & documents that do not meet the required standards are identified and processed in accordance with policy Support with the management, monitoring and allocation of complaints in a timely manner Circulate, update and file information received via email inboxes as appropriate Support with the management, monitoring and allocation of Data Subject Access requests in a timely manner Maintain operational statistical information as directed by operational need Ensure that a professional and courteous service is provided to all clients, both internal and external. Ensure that their work meets overall quality standards and, where possible, exceeds it in line with Government and other Stakeholder contracted arrangements. Participate in regular team briefings/meetings and take accurate records. Responsible for taking meeting minutes for external partnership as required Provide administrative support to other colleagues as and when required.
