Join to apply for the Experienced Immigration Solicitor role at Migrant and Refugee Children\'s Legal Unit (MiCLU) We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our dynamic and successful immigration team . This role is ideal for a solicitor with litigation experience and a strong interest in driving sector-based strategic change for children and young people within the UK’s asylum system. You will work with a skilled, supportive team to achieve strategic change, possibly through litigation, and develop your practice in immigration/public law. You will also engage with children and young people with lived experience of the asylum system. Our practice is expanding, with ten solicitors and caseworkers specializing in immigration. There are opportunities to develop your expertise within a supportive environment. The candidate must be an experienced IAAS Senior Caseworker or Supervising Senior Caseworker .
