Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Junior Supply Chain Associate to facilitate the day-to-day fulfillment activities of our European warehouses to a range of partners across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the UK and EU Supply Chain Manager, this role will be responsible for managing stock fulfilment and delivery activities across both the B2B and B2C sides of the business, and will work to deliver a fast and efficient customer experience. We supply to a range of distribution partners, directly to retailers such as HMV, Miniso, Forbidden Planet, as well as numerous independent stores.

This is a hybrid role - our office is located in the Hammersmith area in London.

We are open to applicants based outside of London, who are comfortable commuting to the office 1-2 times a week.


Responsibilities

Outbound flow of goods:

  • Manage bookings for deliveries with forwarders and customer warehouses
  • Liaise with our 3PL warehouses to arrange fulfilment activities from order upload, pick and pack, labelling, palletisation and shipping to a range of individual customer requirements
  • Work with a range of carriers to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective routes are used for customer deliveries
  • Ensure that stock is available and dispatched to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible when orders are confirmed by Sales and Finance teams
  • Responsible for managing commercial invoices and export documentation for deliveries going cross-border into EU and other territories
  • Utilise WMS and ERP software systems to ensure dispatches are accurately recorded and invoiced to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage the delivery of samples and promotional stock to marketing partners


Warehouse and Stock Management:

  • Maintain product catalogue with 3PL warehouse
  • Ensure stock accuracy is maintained using WMS and ERP systems
  • Verifying available inventory levels for the Sales team
  • Regular stock reviews to ensure stock turnover is maximised
  • Track and monitor KPI reports to demonstrate warehouse compliance and on-time deliveries


Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Supply Chain or Operational role is required
  • Familiarity using WMS and ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central being highly preferred
  • Experience working in the export business into EU / international markets
  • Previous experience working in companies exporting from the UK would be favourable
  • Familiarity with warehouse pick and pack and courier delivery processes
  • Proven customer focus, with the ability to adjust to a wide range of varying customer requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise between tasks effectively
