Plumber

We are seeking a dedicated plumber to manage a variety of plumbing tasks, from installation and repairs to general maintenance. Trainees or plumbing students are also welcome to apply, as we offer opportunities for on-the-job learning and career development within our company., Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes).

• Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

• Respond to emergency plumbing requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, and other team members.

• Maintain accurate records of all work completed.

• Work closely with other maintenance staff to ensure overall property upkeep.

Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.

• Valid plumbing license and any other relevant certifications.

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a customer focused attitude.

• Availability for emergency calls and flexible work hours as needed.

• Must have driving license and ability to lift heavy materials.
