Due to continued growth, MIES Maintenance & Response is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team.
This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of first-class maintenance and compliance services across the UK, ensuring our engineers are scheduled efficiently and our clients receive excellent service.

- Scheduling and coordinating engineer diaries across multiple contracts
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Supporting the operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Filing and organising job reports, certificates, and compliance documentation
- Ensuring engineers have the correct information and access details for scheduled works
- Maintaining clear communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operations department
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working within a busy office environment
- Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role
- Experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance, or a service-based industry
- Experience using office systems or scheduling software
Experience within Facilities Management is beneficial but not essential β full training will be provided.
- Β£24,000 β Β£30,000 salary depending on experience
