- Installation, servicing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems
- Installation and maintenance of emergency lighting systems
- Installation, servicing, and fault finding of intruder alarm systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with relevant fire safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
- Liaise with clients and internal teams when required
- Maintain a professional approach while representing the company on client sites
Essential Qualifications
- FIA Units 1 & 2 (Fire Industry Association)
- Proven experience working with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and intruder alarm systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications
- 18th Edition (City & Guilds 2382-22) – Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671
- Additional Fire & Security industry certifications
- Experience working within commercial and retail environments
- Knowledge of current fire safety and electrical regulations
- £34,000 – £40,000 salary depending on experience
