Miers Construction Products (Part of the SIG Group) is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of Construction Accessories. We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive who will be at the heartbeat of our operations and act as a custodian of our great customer service.
What you'll bring:
- Ensure all orders received are entered into the SAP system accurately.
- Efficiently deal with telephone and email enquiries and orders, to give our customers the level of service that is expected from Miers Construction Products.
- Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.
- Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach an appropriate conclusion and that the Management are advised of all issues.
- Follow all of the internal procedures set.
- Support the external sales team to develop new sales and customers.
- Ensure that the sales team (both internal and external) are kept informed of any developments relating to their accounts.
- Maintain an agreed level of proâactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers.
- Proâactively seek new business by targeting a combination of Miers Construction Product's existing customer base and prospective customers.
- Undertake any additional tasks as requested by their line manager or any other members of the Senior Management team.
- Coâoperate with changes and undergo training as the Company directs.
