Wat ga je doen?
- Schoonmaken, stofzuigen en andere huishoudelijke werkzaamheden.
- Cliënten zoveel mogelijk betrekken bij het huishouden.
- Persoonlijke aandacht en een luisterend oor bieden.
Jij maakt elke dag het verschil! Dankzij jouw hulp blijft het huis van onze cliënten schoon en fijn, waardoor zij langer zelfstandig kunnen blijven wonen. Een sociaal en dankbaar beroep waarin jij elke dag iets moois betekent voor een ander!
Wat bieden wij jou?
- Bij ons bepaal jij je eigen werktijden en -dagen!
- Extra werken in de vakantie? Geen probleem!
- Je krijgt een salaris volgens de cao VVT, vanaf € 15,07 bruto per uur afhankelijk van ervaring, met jaarlijkse verhogingen tot € 18,27.
- Daarnaast ontvang je vakantiegeld (8%) en een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), die je ook maandelijks kunt laten uitbetalen.
- Ook bouw je pensioen op en kun je gebruikmaken van een collectieve zorgverzekering.
- Reiskosten (zoals auto, fiets, brommer of scooter) en reistijd tussen cliënten worden vergoed.
- We investeren in jouw groei met een digitaal onboardingsprogramma via de MiepApp vol e-learnings.
- Je krijgt een contract voor bepaalde tijd met de intentie tot een vaste aanstelling.
- Twee keer per jaar organiseren we een medewerkersbijeenkomst om je collega’s beter te leren kennen.

Wie ben jij?
- Jij bent het zonnetje in huis, zorgzaam en hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen.
- Je werkt zelfstandig en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je taken.
- Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands.
- Je bent minimaal 2 uur per week beschikbaar tussen 9:00 en 18:00 uur (ma-vr).
- Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar enthousiasme en een passie voor schoonmaken zijn minstens zo belangrijk!
- Je hebt eigen vervoer (auto is een pré, scooter of fiets) om naar cliënten te reizen.
