The Miele Service team is an award-winning service delivery function, supporting the needs of our domestic customers directly in their homes. We hire the best technicians from the white goods sector to join our field service community. Our team is built on a legacy of excellence and innovation that dates back to 1899. We are proud to offer a workplace and culture that is as future proof as our world-renowned products. At Miele, we don’t just build appliances—we build careers. Join us in living our philosophy of being ‘Immer Besser’—Forever Better.

About the role

Working independently, we give you the tools to succeed. We build a community around you to share your practices and feel part of something special, inspiring results as a team with a family feel, and redefining excellence every day. Our Domestic Field Service teams work creatively to service our customers in their homes, bringing a new challenge every day as you diagnose and solve the issues that arise. We have a reward platform where you can earn points to exchange for personal gift cards or products.

About you

Ideally you will have worked in an Appliance engineer or Appliance technician role; however, if you bring technical experience from any industry, what would be advantageous is if it was gained in the electronics, white goods, electrical or gas industry. Alongside your existing skills and experience, we’re looking for engaged team players who will collaborate, innovate and use their passion to drive an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. A gas qualification and experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
