It is a critical part of the experience our customers have with our brand.We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Director for GB & Ireland to join our Leadership Team at a pivotal point in our transformation.With our logistics operations now operating through a newly outsourced 3PL model, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the next phase: stabilise, improve and build a high-performing, future-fit Supply Chain operation that supports profitable growth and delivers the premium experience our customers expect.You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working across the business and with our logistics partners to turn ambition into measurable performance. # What you’ll be doing* Act as the Supply Chain business partner to the GB & Ireland Leadership Team, bringing service, cost, capacity and operational insight into business and commercial decisions.* Lead Supply Chain within the newly outsourced 3PL model, ensuring strong operational performance, resilience and continuous improvement.* Own the governance of our logistics partners, including SLAs, KPIs, performance reviews, corrective actions and contractual accountability.* Own the GB & Ireland Supply Chain cost envelope, working closely with Finance to improve transparency, cost-to-serve and efficiency.* Lead logistics across B2B and D2C, including last-mile Delivery & Installation and reverse logistics, with a strong focus on reliable, first-time-right customer fulfilment.* Shape and continuously evolve the GB & Ireland Supply Chain operating model and multi-year roadmap, creating clear accountability across local, regional and 3PL teams.* Lead and develop the internal Supply Chain team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.* Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Regional Supply Chain and global teams to align priorities and leverage best practice across markets.* Use systems, data and digital capabilities to strengthen operational visibility, performance management and process improvement. # What we’re looking forWe’re looking for a leader who combines commercial thinking, operational credibility and a genuine customer mindset.
