Overview
Working independently, you will support domestic customers by diagnosing and resolving appliance issues in their homes. You will represent Miele as a brand ambassador, promoting care products and appliances, and earning rewards through our platform.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair appliance faults on site.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Demonstrate Miele products and encourage customers to purchase care services.
- Document work and gather customer feedback.
- Stay current with product knowledge, safety guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience as an appliance engineer or technician preferred.
- Technical background in electronics, white goods, electrical or gas industry.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a gas qualification (highly desirable but not essential).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, independent working capability and team collaboration.
- Good communication in English; German proficiency a plus.

- Starting salary £37,569 (£40,721 inc. London weighting if based within M25) with on‑target earnings up to £45,281 (£47,508 inc. London weighting).
