About The Role
Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, you will join our inbound sales team where we focus on inspiring and delighting our customers. Your Responsibilities
- Guide customers through detailed consultations to support their appliance selection and purchase.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions that support long‑term use.
- Identify opportunities, promote upgraded products and accessories to enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver a high‑quality and engaging customer experience across every interaction with a strong focus on service.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Communicate confidently and respond to customer queries and quotations professionally across multiple channels including telephone and email.
What We Are Looking For

Working Hours
- Full‑time position: minimum 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.
- Part‑time position available: 26 hours per week with flexibility on the number of days.
- Saturday working on a rota basis (typically 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu.
- Flexibility required to meet business needs.
- Typical working hours: 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00 Saturday.
