Creating a premium consumer experience to share our market leading appliances; you will be the face of Miele delivering a premium service at every point of the consumer journey to delight our consumers at every step of the way.

In this role you will be...
- Reporting to the Direct Sales Team Manager, you will lead your consumers through a detailed consultation to the selection and purchase of Miele appliances which meet the needs and wants of the future user.
- Working to upgrade products and upselling of accessories to expand the consumers use of their appliances.
- Promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand.
- Delivering a quality experience to our customers driven by people who are passionate about the consumer experience.
- Working as a core member of the Sales team, based in the Abingdon Headquarters, driving to hit your sales targets, which in turn contribute to the team’s success.
- Demonstrating your knowledge of the ranges benefits through a variety of media including over the telephone and in emails.
- Being confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to your consumers need through quotations and queries.
- Bringing previous experience of working in a customer facing sales role and building rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence in what is required.
- Bringing the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Being IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.
Your hours of work will be based on a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days each week, including a Saturday on a rota basis. You may be asked to work flexibly within these hours and days to accommodate the operational requirements of the business. Initially, your hours of work will be arranged between the hours of 0800 and 2000 Monday to Friday and 0900 to 1600 Saturday. If you are rostered to work on a Saturday (normally 1 in 3), you will receive a compensatory day off in the same week.
We offer a full time salary starting at £25,658 rising to £26,172 post probation, plus an evolving pay, bonus and benefits package. We want you to feel you can join a team where we will help you reach your potential, be respected, and perform at your best.
