In this role you will be...
- Reporting to the Store Manager, you will sell and advise customers in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances, with the possibility of upgrading products whilst promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand.
- Participate in large and small-scale events for products and accessories.
- Work as a team to hit sales targets for both yourself and the team.
- Demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face-to-face, and written communication; respond to quotations and queries.
- Demonstrate credibility, confidence, and a professional attitude in a customer-facing role.
- Adapt to systems and processes; work well as part of a team to achieve results.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with credibility and confidence.
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
- IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills across telephone, in-person, and written formats.
Working pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days on a rota covering Monday to Sunday.
