We’re hiring an Own Retail Activation Manager based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The key objective of this role is to orchestrate in-store experiences, visual merchandising, and local partnerships to drive traffic, improve conversion, and enhance store performance through strategic activations. This role works across our Experience Centres in both Great Britain and Ireland; therefore, travel will be required.
Miele is a world leader in the production of premium domestic and commercial appliances. We take pride in the quality of our appliances and all aspects of customer experience. This role involves creating compelling in-store event concepts that showcase Miele's brand value and product superiority through premium experiences.
In your new role… You will identify opportunities to maximise sales through a comprehensive quarterly and annual consumer marketing plan, integrating category plans, retailer calendars, promotional activities, and brand strategies. You will leverage consumer and category insights to strengthen Miele’s presence at the point of purchase, online and in-store.
You will need previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, to strengthen our team’s expertise. As a strong influencer, you will build and execute marketing strategies, review performance, and make data-driven recommendations for future activities.
You will join us at our Abingdon HQ, working with the Direct Sales team. The role is hybrid, with travel as required to current and future Miele Experience Centres.
