The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be servicing and repairing the complete range of Professional appliances installed in a wide range of commercial applications, companies & businesses. For example, industrial washing machines, tumble dryers and laboratory equipment washers. You will also be required to work in a medical environment, in hospitals and CSSD environments.
As a Miele Professional Technician, no two days are the same and you will experience different working environments each and every day. Some out of area travel, occasional stays away from home and out of hours work may be required and we ask for flexibility around this element.
The Purpose And Responsibilities Of This Role
- You will carry out your duties in line with customer requirements and Service KPI demands including planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair and electrical safety testing.
- Developing and maintaining service plans for the product range, exploring new business opportunities i.e. service contracts, planned maintenance schedules, etc.
- To ensure all jobs are carried out successfully, you will be responsible for the preparation of jobs, spares returns, vehicle maintenance, software downloads or updates and essential administration, and ensure that this is factored into your daily schedule.
We are looking for a Technician to join us in the South West London area, you therefore need to be living within this area or within a reasonable distance to be considered. You will be asked to demonstrate:
- Experience in a technical role with good IT skills.
- Experience of working with commercial appliances.
- An understanding of customer service best practice.
- You will be self-motivated with excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Have a sense of best practice and teamwork, that will ensure our customers receive a premium level of service.
- Experience with Medical CSSD equipment such as washer disinfectors and sterilisers would be of particular interest.
What to expect from us
In addition to a strong commitment to your personal development and growth, we can offer you a competitive base salary of £42,024 per annum with on target earnings bringing total remuneration to £50,478, alongside an excellent benefit package. Base salary earnings may be higher with London weighting, based on where the successful candidate lives.
