Based at our Abingdon office - the central hub for communication between Miele and our customer, our Sales Operations PRO GB team delivers exceptional service through telephone, email, and emerging technologies. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will manage customer interactions from initial enquiry to successful resolution, ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as:
- organising site surveys
- preparing quotations
- processing orders and invoices
- responding to all customer queries
You will work to achieve KPIs aligned with the Miele vision and purpose, while adhering to all legal, policy, and procedural standards within the Sales Customer Operations team.
The key purpose of the role is to facilitate the processing of sales enquiries through to quotation, order and successful installation. You will be IT literate and have an understanding of CRM systems, with the ability to take detailed case information from both online portals and emails or via the telephone, ensuring that sales leads are logged, and all touchpoints in the lead to order value chain are recorded and monitored closely. This is a task that will involve a high level of attention to detail ensuring the task is seen through to completion.
Your customer service interactions will have the customer at the heart of what you do so that we are always fulfilling our commitment to them. In addition, you will be involved in regular customer interactions to maintain relationships that will relate to the purchase of new equipment.
You will be asked to demonstrate:
