We’re hiring a Head of Market and Business Planning in Abingdon, Oxfordshire to join our Leadership team. We strive to make our workplace and culture as future proof as our world-renowned products. In your new role… You’ll report into the Managing Director and be responsible for the implementation of commercial activities and critical projects across Miele in Great Britain, Ireland and South Africa. This role will act as a partner to the Managing Director on business areas that have high strategic and operational impact. You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability of structured account planning with the Sales channel and support the implementation of key strategic sales initiatives, working closely with central teams, and finance in the preparation of budget and forecasts.

You’ll join us at our Abingdon HQ and be part of the Leadership Team, holding a key voice on all commercial and operational topics, ensuring that the appropriate competitive context is brought into planning assumptions and working closely with the operational teams to instill agility and adaptability.

To be successful in this role you will need high business acumen with a strong commercial mindset and a demonstrable track record of successfully executing projects. You will also need strong analytical and digital skills. Ideally, you will hold a university degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline and a project management qualification. This role is hybrid, both at home and in our Abingdon, Oxfordshire HQ and will need to be flexible to meet business need.
