This role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to enhance supply chain efficiency, analyze operational processes, identify pain points, develop solutions, and support implementation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in supply chain modeling and design across various industries in an international environment. Domestic travel may be required based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, inspect, clean, and model client data to identify operational inefficiencies.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and solutions, evaluate options, and support implementation.
- Implementation Assistance: Help clients understand and execute solutions effectively.
- Client Engagement: Maintain communication, manage expectations, and track delivery activities.
- Documentation: Create and update project documentation for clients and internal use.
- Project Tracking: Monitor task progress and communicate risks to the Project Director.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal projects to enhance processes and services.
- Order Entry Support: Contribute to offers and tenders when possible.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as Coupa or APICS are a plus.
- 1-4 years of relevant supply chain consultancy experience.
- Experience with modeling optimization problems and using supply chain design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Languages: English (native preferred); German, Spanish, French are valuable.
