If you are looking for a career with unparalleled global impact, then we invite you to get in touch. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (Role Split: ~70% Sales & Business Development // ~30% Internal coordination & brand awareness activities) to support our growth.

The new joiner will start his/her career in Miebach to collaborate with clients and project teams to enable supply chain transformations, understanding clients' current operational challenges, identifying main pain points, defining and developing solutions, and supporting implementation activities. This role presents an excellent career opportunity to identify and nurture supply chain business opportunities in multiple industries in an international environment. This position requires domestic travel depending on opportunity requirements.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business Growth: Identify, target, and win new clients and enter new industries across the UK market. Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry events.
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage opportunities from first contact to signed engagement. Qualify deals effectively, maintain momentum, and lead negotiations to successful closure.
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Engage senior supply chain and operations leaders to understand their challenges and shape value-driven consulting solutions in collaboration with Miebach’s consulting teams.
