We currently have a full time, fixed-term opportunity available in our Collaborative Provision team. The role is in a professional administration service based within the central Academic Quality and Partnerships Enhancement Team (AQPET) at UWE Bristol. The team provides professional expertise and guidance to academic and other professional services colleagues across the University as well as at our Collaborative Provision partners based both in the UK and overseas. We support the development and operation of UWE Bristol’s broad and expanding portfolio of collaborative provision partners. We monitor the ongoing quality and enhancement of collaborative provision partners and ensure that the required policies and processes are in place and adhered to.

We are looking for someone who has broad based administrative experience, and experience of working in line with complex regulatory frameworks such as higher education. You will have good organisational, interpersonal, communication and IT skills. You will have experience of working with database systems, and of taking formal and informal minutes of meetings. As a Quality Officer you will be able to balance effectively a range of responsibilities in a flexible, autonomous and proactive manner, using your initiative and working with a variety of stakeholders across the University and our academic partners. A team player with a “can do” attitude, you will thrive in a demanding yet rewarding environment and will make an enthusiastic contribution to the Academic Quality and Partnership Enhancement Team and Education Services more widely.
