About the Role
We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely every day.
Working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll combine hands-on involvement with supervisory responsibility, coordinating everything from order processing and job picks to logistics planning, goods receipt, and dispatch.
This is a varied role where your attention to detail, leadership skills, and commitment to excellent service will help drive operational success and maintain the highest standards across the warehouse.
- What you will be doing in this role
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
- Track damaged, obsolete, or missing stock.
- Warehouse Operations
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage space.
- Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched correctly.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and records.
- Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Support compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.
- Logistics & Transportation
- Arrange and schedule shipments with carriers and transport providers.
- Track deliveries and resolve transportation issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation (delivery notes, commercial invoices and customs paperwork where applicable).
- Monitor transportation costs and delivery performance.
- Coordinate returns and reverse logistics processes.
- Order Fulfilment
- Process customer and internal orders accurately.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
- Communicate order status updates to customers or internal teams.
- Resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays.
