About the Role
- Lead and motivate internal, external, and cinema specialist sales teams.
- Own and deliver the sales GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive customer engagement and vendor relationships to fuel commercial growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across customer, vendor, and event levels.
- Ensure ROI on our cinema showrooms at Stansted and Bracknell.
- Foster a culture of energy, collaboration, and progression.
What you will be doing in this role
- Leadership: Coach and mentor the team, set a clear vision, and provide actionable feedback.
- Forecasting & Strategy: Own the forecast, analyse gaps, and make data‑driven decisions using tools like Pipedrive and Phocas.
- Sales Growth: Design and execute innovative campaigns to maximise profits and expand trading accounts.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day operations, planning, and resource allocation.
- Customer Experience: Act as the voice of the customer to improve processes and satisfaction.
What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
