About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in cable manufacturing, distribution, live events, AV or technology solutions.
You'll take ownership of developing and implementing a scalable sales strategy, expanding our market presence, and driving the adoption of our innovative cable solutions across both existing and new customer channels.
Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and Midwich Group businesses, you'll play a key role in strengthening the DCS brand and accelerating the growth of our Evolution XPC product range.
- What you will be doing in this role
- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Drive revenue growth across both direct and indirect sales channels
- Target and develop opportunities within live events companies, AV/IT integrators and reseller partners
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
- Grow adoption of DCS products across the wider Midwich Group
- Manage forecasting, pipeline development and sales performance reporting
- Deliver profitable growth through effective pricing and product mix management
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, gross profit, conversion rates and market share
- Support the growth and positioning of the Evolution XPC brand portfolio
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations and Production teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Coach and support sales teams across Midwich UK to drive a proactive cable sales culture

Essential Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership
- Experience within AV, live events, manufacturing, technology distribution or related sectors
- Background working for a cable manufacturing, cable supply, or connectivity solutions business
- Experience managing both direct sales and channel sales models Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and margin growth
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

- Experience working within the AV, live production or technology solutions industries
- Knowledge of reseller and distribution networks
