We seek qualified contract coaches in the United Kingdom to join our network of coaches who specialise in working with disability and neurodivergence at work and at home. Coaches will deliver virtual coaching sessions to help our members progress toward reaching their goals. This opportunity will be a contractor role.
Coaches are booked within the Joshin Platform by its members and will:
- Provide clients with structured coaching sessions via video or phone
- Support adults with setting goals, developing action plans, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & well-being, or personal development areas
- Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and promptly track your session notes.
- Collaborate with our dedicated support team whenever you need assistance to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.
Who You Are
- Experience working with the disability and/or neurodivergent community.
- Adaptable across various life, career-related, and/or health & wellness-related challenges.
- You\’re comfortable with technology and are competent in telehealth.
- You are committed to quality coaching, want to expand your capabilities, and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
- You like working independently but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with others.
The compensation for this position is $20 USD per 20-minute session and $40 per 40-minute session.
