Location: Commutable to Birmingham (B46) and Derbyshire (DE74)

Role Description:

The role is an individual contributor responsible for developing and supporting our partner fulfillment centers to ensure they perform to necessary standards. This includes overseeing new startup functions such as project management, systems training, and equipment setup. The Operations Support Manager will build solid partnerships with new and existing 3PL sites by understanding their needs and facilitating their success within ShipBob’s dashboard and fulfillment services. This role reports to the Senior Operations Support Manager, who also serves as the backup.

What You Will Do:

  • Supporting our 3PLs: Training, troubleshooting, adoption, and bridging ShipBob capabilities with partner objectives.
  • Supporting the execution of best-in-class operations: Managing inbound operations, providing merchant feedback, supporting VAS operations, coordinating transport, and developing scalable solutions.
  • Supporting our Merchants: Achieving KPIs, assisting onboarding, optimizing space utilization, and resolving escalations.
  • Supporting our Internal Customers: Responding to operational queries, attending review calls, providing reports, and supporting succession planning.

What You Will Bring:

  • Relationship-building skills, patience, resilience, and experience in operations or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Ability to be on-site up to 90%, including weekends and nights if necessary.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and access to a vehicle for travel.
