Location: Based in Birmingham, UK (BrandPath, Edison Rd, Hams Hall Distribution Park, GB B46 1DA) and supporting operations across UK, NL and Aus.
Role Description: The B2B International Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for development and support of our fulfillment centers to ensure B2B performance standards are met and exceeded. This role is focused on training, monitoring, and driving operational excellence around B2B performance across the network. This role reports to the Senior Director, Fulfillment Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Provide operational oversight and support of international B2B fulfillment across multiple regions, ensuring consistent execution of SLAs, compliance requirements, and merchant expectations.
- Oversee and performance-manage SFN partners through the OSM community, including setting expectations, reviewing operational KPIs, identifying systemic risks, and driving corrective action plans.
- Support labor forecasting and capacity planning for international B2B and VAS operations, partnering with SFN sites to align labor models to volume forecasts, seasonality, and complexity of work.
- Operationalize and commercialize new B2B solutions for both the SFN and merchants, translating product capabilities and process enhancements into scalable, revenue-ready operational models.
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve international B2B & VAS SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines, ensuring consistency while allowing for regional nuances.
- Design and deliver advanced virtual and on-site training programs for SFN partners, site leadership, and operational teams, with a focus on complex B2B workflows, compliance, and exception management.
- Act as an escalation point for complex international B2B operational issues, leading root cause analysis, cross-functional resolution, and long-term corrective actions.
- Pilot new processes or B2B-specific technology.
- Comply to all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Sound knowledge of the UK, European and Australian B2B landscape, Supply Chain requirements and associated warehousing and transport capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations or business, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an operations management role with an emphasis on training, influential leadership, and SOP development. Experience in a franchise or partner network environment is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of communications best practices, tools, and techniques for a wide variety of purposes and audiences.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order management, and shipping processes.
- Experience with implementing and using warehouse management systems and other supply chain technology solutions.
