- Member of the Alban Primary Care Network (PCN).
- Supported by a team of 8 GP Partners and 55 clinical and non-clinical staff.
Main duties of the job
- Support the 8 GP Partners in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Manage a varied and interesting clinical caseload.
- Opportunity to contribute to key clinical areas, including: Long-term condition management, Care home support, Frailty services, Home visits, Prescribing and medicines optimisation, Staff education and training
- Potential to assist with the development of healthcare services and health promotion initiatives.
- Manage your own administrative workload.
- No requirement to maintain a personal patient list.
