The role will involve overseeing 4 Supported Living Services based in Wolverhampton equating to over 2,500 care hours.

About The Role

About the Role

As a Locality Manager, you will

  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for our supported living service.
  • Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain person-centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and key stakeholders.
  • Take on the responsibility of Registered Manager for the service.
  • Expected to manage 2,500 care hours over multiple sites

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safeguarding protocols and relevant legislation are adhered to.
  • Drive continuous improvement and address service shortfalls proactively.
  • Respond to new referrals, complete thorough assessments, and ensure service occupancy targets are met.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the service.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing supported living services or similar settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive and compassionate approach.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required.
