About The Role Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee our supported living service in Coventry. This is an incredible opportunity to empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and associated needs to lead fulfilling lives while driving high standards of care and support.

As a Locality Manager, You Will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management for our supported living service.
  • Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain person‑centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and key stakeholders.
  • Take on the responsibility of Registered Manager for the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safeguarding protocols and relevant legislation are adhered to.
  • Drive continuous improvement and address service shortfalls proactively.
  • Respond to new referrals, complete thorough assessments, and ensure service occupancy targets are met.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing supported living services or similar settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive and compassionate approach.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as required.
