I will be supporting people in developing and maintaining daily living skills. I will be identifying and meeting the needs of those we care for. I will be developing and maintaining relationships with people, team members and the local community. I will be positively encouraging choices in keeping with the rights of people with a Learning Disability. I will be participating and assisting with defined care plans encouraging individuals to take an active role in all aspects of daily living.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Desire to work with people and make a difference in their daily lives.
- Experience in caring or working with adults with learning disabilities, or a Care Certificate.
- Must have a British driver’s licence.
- Female only (genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010).
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends.
Benefits & Additional Information
Midway Care Group offers rates of pay above the National Living Wage, with the potential to earn higher rates through an additional hours incentive programme. All mandatory and additional training are provided at no cost. You will have access to BUPA 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for you and your loved ones. All applicants will undergo a telephone screening interview and a competency‑based interview with the relevant Locality Manager. Candidates will be subject to onboarding checks including RTW, Enhanced DBS, and reference checks. New team members receive a first‑day induction training at our office in Acocks Green, with travel expenses fully expensed on the day. Expected hours: 35 per week.
