Points to note…
· All Applicants will be taken through a Telephone Screening Interview with our Talent Resourcing Advisors and a Competency Based Interview with the relevant Locality Manager
· All Candidates will be subject to our Onboarding Checks which include, but not limited to, RTW, Enhanced DBS and reference checks.
· All New Team Members will have a First Day Induction Training held at our Office in Acocks Green, (travel is fully expensed on the day).
· Some of our Service Users require specific ethnicities, male or female Support Workers only, where this is indicated it is a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
